We would like to share an important leadership update within KOVA Health Care and to share our renewed commitment to the providers, specialists, and members we proudly serve.

 

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Luis Bautista has been appointed as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of KOVA Health Care. This transition reflects a thoughtful and strategic decision by leadership, recognizing that change was necessary to fully execute the priorities and guiding principles upon which the KOVA foundation was built, and that we remain committed to delivering on every day.

 

Our leadership and operations teams are actively focused on strengthening key areas of our organization. Our relationship with our providers and specialty offices remains our number one priority. We understand the importance of timely communication, responsive support, and accessible points of contact. We are implementing enhanced processes to
ensure inquiries are addressed promptly and that you receive the support you need to care for patients effectively.
Additionally, accurate and timely claims processing for our members is a top organizational focus. We recognize there is room for improvement, and we have already begun implementing strategic operational enhancements designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall experience for everyone in our network.

 

With our new leadership structure in place, KOVA is dedicating significant time, attention, and resources toward elevating our performance and strengthening relationships across the network. Our goal is clear: to continue evolving KOVA into one of the premier Medicare IPAs in California.

 

Our priority will never change: supporting the providers who care for patients in our communities and the members who rely on access to quality healthcare especially in regions where access is limited.
